I just dont kno how these IT companies can cause such a revolution among people nowadays....People who work in IT giants are considered 2 be gr8 and intelligent whereas a guy workin in hardcore company like BHEL or ONGC is stupid.....the soul reason for this is MONEY Its like this if u r paid more den u r more talented its never gonna be hard work its smart work nowadays. Pull someone down and u raise up. this is wat is happenin in d world of IT nowadays and d funny part is dat all d codings dey do is already avail on net or on their intranet and all dey hav 2 do is cut and copy. You cant deny this as i hav seen in 3 companies intranet website and saw a complete folder having all common condings....If the company by itself is expecting u to do only this how d hell will u get job satisfaction and ya one more doubt always arises in my mind and dat is how will u spend all those money if u just hav one day a week 2 rejoice and d rest of d 6 days u got 2 soil ur office chair till 8 PM. What is fun and wat is happiness for u people....... And 2 top it all ur marriage will make it still more worse.....Nowadays time has come dat both d people hav 2 earn 2 stay afloat in a metropolitan shit........why hav u got 2 drain and fry ur brain like this why are u not interested in core jobs(P.S cse and it people this aint for u). i assure u dat job satisfaction is somethin dat is required for a better life so people dont work for peanuts think abt urself and ya work for ur country dont work for companies placed in INDIA and workin for US and MNC s are companies which has just come 2 INDIA for cheap labour. Create ur company make it large make people join ya make a name for urself dont be one among a million.
